It is with great pleasure to be writing a blurb about Ms. Lesley Elliott.  It is with regret that we had to move and that I would no longer have Ms. Elliott as my trainer.  I first met Lesley in a local gym.  After the first free workout that she gave me I convinced my husband to let me workout with this young woman who was so friendly and knowledgeable about the body and how it works.
