Rehab-Orientated Training:

Focusing on pre/post injuries, developing a goal specific program designed to strengthen surrounding joints, ligaments and muscles. Also, focusing on the Neuro-Muscular System as well.

Flexibility Training:

Lengthening the muscles on the tight "neglected" side of the body. Increasing ROM(range of motion) at any given joint, throughout the muscular and skeletal structures, while increasing blood and nutrient supply to the body.

Balance Training:

Preventing injuries and enhancing sports performance to ensure ideal movement minimizing stress to our structure (body). Challenging the body to incorporate the nervous system to activate the correct muscles at the right time and place.

Extensive Core Training:

A VERY strong core enables one to undertake weight bearing movements, preventing injuries while increasing back strength and preventing low back pain.

Cardiovascular Training:

The heart and blood vessels will be in the best condition possible to pump blood efficiently throughout the entire body. Heart attacks, coronary artery disease, anxiety, and depression may decrease over time. As well as, helping with other heart/health related conditions.

Geriatric Training:

Improving blood pressure, diabetes, lipid profile, osteoarthritis, osteoporosis, neuro-cognitive function as well as increasing the sense of independence while performing daily functional activities.

Bariatric Training:

Decreasing excess body fat, helping in the management of stress, strengthening the heart and lowering the resting heart rate. Increasing the ability to do leisure and work activities with less effort, therefore minimizing the possibility of injuries.
